Reading Uni has a rich history of risk taking in academia, which includes appointing Britain’s first female professor to opening one of the UK’s first business schools. It is perhaps one of the best institutions in the world for breaking with tradition and developing fresh, novel ideas. The University of Reading’s 50 research centres were recognised in 2014 for producing world-class research.
The University of Reading is home to some 17,000 students, who are hosted across three campuses, the biggest of which is Whiteknights (set in 130 hectares of parkland). A plethora of sporting facilities are available, as well as all the amenities students might need for studying and socialising. Reading Uni’s Greenlands campus is home to Henley Business School, one of Europe’s leading business schools.
