Uni in the World for International Outlook
The University Foundation Programme (UFP) has worked alongside Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) to develop a progression pathway for foundation year graduates. This partnership ensures each of our graduates has a guaranteed place on a number of bachelor’s degree courses at QMUL. In addition, topics and assignments for UFP’s foundation year courses have been created with input from subject leaders at QMUL, thereby ensuring students are well prepared for the academic challenges they will face.
Queen Mary University of London is recognised for its academic excellence – it was ranked 5th in the UK for its research output in 2014; this is reflected in the talented teaching staff, which includes world-renowned authors, UN representatives, and political commentators. QMUL also leads the way in diversity among Russell Group universities. 69% of undergrad students are from BAME groups, and more than 90% are from state schools.
QMUL offers exciting scholarship opportunities to international students and those from low-income backgrounds. Find out more about Queen Mary Uni’s scholarships here.
